How to Cook: 1 cup of oats with 2 cups of water over medium heat. Bring to the boil then reduce heat to low stirring continuously. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until thick & creamy. Finish with ¼-½ cup of milk for the creamiest texture. Cover and let rest for 3-5 minutes. Serve with your favourite toppings.
Porridge meets pudding.
With echoes of old-fashioned custard, these oats are creamy, rich and made for slow winter mornings. Australian-grown oats create a beautifully creamy base, while apple, nutmeg, vanilla and a hint of orange bring warmth and nostalgia to every bowl.
For Lizzie, porridge has always been more than breakfast. It stretches back to her first food memory of a bowl finished with cream and brown sugar on a country stovetop, through to the slow winter morning rituals she still treasures today. Inspired by her love of custard in all its forms, and the flavours of her Apple & Marmalade Crumble from Home Food, this blend captures her perfect bowl of porridge.
